For our August Membership Meeting, ASQ Denver Section members gathered at Breckenridge Brewery for a special tour that focused specifically on the quality control activities in the brewery. The tour was guided in part by Antonio, the brewery’s quality control lab technician, who was able to answer our questions in detail.

On July 14th, ASQ Denver members and family gathered for a delicious dinner to celebrate our Annual Membership Appreciation Dinner. The Denver Leadership Team hosted this complimentary event for all our section members and their family in appreciation for their support of ASQ and of our Denver Section.
At the June ASQ Denver Member Meeting, Colin Gray of Cavendish Scott shared some of the experiences he has had in auditing and implementing the new standard. Key to the discussion was the role that management must play in supporting an organization’s quality management system and aligning it with the larger goals and strategies of the organization.
ASQ is hosting two training courses in Denver this September.
